Services

EurLane provides branding, website design, product design, and creative strategy services for small businesses and nonprofits. Each engagement is defined by a custom proposal or contract outlining scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment structure.

Payment Terms

Projects require an initial deposit to begin. Remaining balances are due based on the agreed project schedule or milestone completions. Late payments may incur interest or project delays.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide all requested content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in response may affect delivery timelines.

Revisions

Each project includes a defined number of revisions. Additional changes beyond scope may result in extra fees, which will be communicated in advance.

Intellectual Property

Final, approved deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment. EurLane retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are issued only for services not yet rendered, minus any non-refundable deposits or time already billed.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy. Any sensitive information shared with EurLane will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

Limitation of Liability

EurLane is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. While we are committed to excellence, we do not guarantee specific results.

Modifications

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, and any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where EurLane is legally registered.
